To bad, so sad Sun Valley.

So dramatic.

You must be a man.

There's no way that I'd have given my life up to save a pregnancy, not when I have two other children to look after.

And that decision should not be left to politicians.

+1

“So dramatic… [just accept death for being a woman, it’s no big deal.]” is a statement uttered by a guy.

My firm is moving to more virtual conferences in part because women aren't considered fully human in some states. This ruling sealed the deal. It's great for our travel bidget.

Depending on how long this femicidal nightmare lasts, the red states are going to be slowly hollowed out.

Yup. I just this morning declined to attend a conference in a forced-birther state -- and I wrote to explain why. Will me not attending sink this conference and hurt this state's economy? Of course not! But, if enough people decline, groups are going to choose to hold conferences to states where all can attend safely and, yup, these states are going to be "hollowed out," as PP aptly put it.

"Any person who willfully seeks to destroy the life of another person, by any means, at any stage of life, or succeeds in doing so, shall be held accountable for attempted murder or for first degree murder, respectively. Any person has the right to defend his or her own life or the life of another person, even by the use of deadly force if necessary, from willful destruction by another person. "

Sooooo can a pregnant woman file an assault claim against a fetus if she feels it's threatening her life? Can the woman get an abortion and say it was self defense?

Plain language of the statute says yes.

S isn’t expect NC to be so progressive.

Planned parenthood needs to offer bounties for proof of republican politicians, their wives, mistresses or daughters having abortions

Bounties? How about they just disclose the patient rolls. I’ll chip in to cover any HIPPA fines. Not like the sluts will sue once they’ve been outed.

And, it looks like Texas wants to limit the movement of women or is working towards that. I mean, how facist can they get?

Abortion is about control, keeping women in their place. Sick, but that's how far our country has devolved.

And to punish a woman for her sexuality

DP.. no, what the woman should do is destroy the life in defense of the woman's life.

"Any person (pregnant woman) has the right to defend his or her own life or the life of another person (the fetus), even by the use of deadly force if necessary,"

There are medical cases where the fetus is a danger to the woman's life. That should be a clear cut case of medically necessary abortion to save the woman's life.
