Travel sports and riding the bench

That was my son.

The next year we put him in a rec team, 1st play he hit a kid clean and it was traumatizing for everybody. Parents ran out into the field it was a disaster.

Coach didn’t know what to do with him.

I have no advice.

I think most sports have varying levels of travel aptitude. I think if you’re sitting on the bench more than you like, you look for another team where you can be the standout. There is so much sports in this area that finding this shouldn’t be a hardship!
