Ok, sure. |

I think they’re all fine. Pocket listings and private listings are a game the agents might like playing to help their business, and sellers might like it if they think it helps them, but if you’re a qualified buyer with a competent agent from any of these firms and the seller’s agent doesn’t make sure you’re aware of their private listing, that’s all but malpractice on the part of the seller’s agent. People might want to play the private listing game but they’re not idiots and they want to have exposure to their full market even if they’re trying to make buyers feel like they’re in on a secret.
Pick an agent with a good sales record from one of the big firms, get all your paperwork ducks in a row, and be aggressive about houses you like. That’s all there is to it. |

| AU: extension of the toxic SV, postage stamp lots, no privacy, in the shadow of broadcasting towers. |
The best way is to list the house. |
We've lived in AU Park for years and you couldn't be more wrong. We have tons of privacy, our lot is a great size, and the tower is a non issue. The toxic soil is in SV, not here. We love our neighbors and we walk to shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Love our AU neighborhood! |

What size is your lot?
SV extends all the way up to and follows the Alton Pl. officially. And unofficially who knows?? |
| Why is the tower a non issue? There are in fact so least 3 and science would disagree. |
| I highly recommend Joe Himali with Best Address Group….have worked with him as a buyers agent and for listing homes for 20+ years and have recommended to friends many times. |
