| Have you or your sister "rehine" the dogs, and put them down at the vet. |

| Take the dogs. Get tons of pictures of them in many many different places then give them to a shelter. Tell her you have a friend who took them and is training them. Show her one "new" picture periodically so she can see they are doing great! No, they can't visit because of their training/new home is in the country/can't travel by car/etc. |
