For those mad about bocce ball

It was federal money that was meant to help alleviate the negative impact of the Covid pandemic. MCPS used it for bocce instead of using it to hire additional staff or to upgrade buildings or to buy necessary supplies.


It helped alleviate the mental health issues and stress caused by covid. Money well spent!


Keep dreaming. Kids with real mental health issues need treatment, possibly hospitalization, not bocce ball. Or, is this your made up mental health claims from kids who have checked out parents who expect the schools to be the primary parents.


It's not okay to dismiss some disabled children because you don't feel their problems are severe enough. The county did a good thing investing in sports that all children can participate in.

Weaready have a program for it and from posts it not going to disabled kids but some schools.


Schools that have disabled students, and their non disabled peers.
