The shows are so lame.

How do you know they’re lame if you haven’t watched any of them?

I think you probably feel this about George Clooney at 60, with the facial hair and probable toupee that gives him a slightly dissipated look. Unless you mean young Clooney. He is no longer a matinee idol and I think people forget his age because of Amal and the twins.

As a POC, I couldn’t disagree more.

These type of threads always bring out the racists. “Taylor Swift is better than Beyoncé” …”everything is too diverse and woke”….”I hate Lin Manuel Miranda”…

I sort of feel the opposite as PP. People get lured into thinking some streaming shows are good because they can access them on demand but they won't stand the test of time. I don't watch much TV but there are some good series lately. We have been enjoying Abbott Elementary and Wonder Years.

I was the Lin Manuel poster. My thoughts about him have nothing to do with race.

Creepy as in 'off' because your intuition detects he's probably gay, not a heartthrob Lothario.

I hate the American Idol genre of female singers. Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson. They're just LOUD belters.

And a weak singer.

I felt that way about during his ER days.

I think Jennifer Lawrence slept with Weinstein.

I think you’re right. And I suspect she feels very much like a fool now, although it’s likely we wouldn’t know who she was if she didn’t sleep with him.
