I thought Encanto was terrible. Characters underdeveloped, lame music, no villain or romance, and the problem solved by a nice family therapy session. My kids didn't like it either.

All Julian Fellowes shows are pretty formulaic, shallow and dumb.

I think GenX and all of our music/movies were the absolute best.

Pop music is repetitive drivel that has no value at all as "music". It's not inventive, there is absolutely no composition effort, singers' voices are usually very low quality. It's the lowest common denominator for the unwashed masses. Like fast food, it provides a quick hit, and there is no barrier to access.

Love Actually is one of the best movies around.

The Harry Potter movies are terrible, the books are even more terrible, and adults obsessed with HP are pathetic.

The Netflix model is terrible and I miss cable. Meaning, I hate having to pay for 25 different streaming services to watch my favorites. Yeah, cable companies sucked, but at least it was one bill (and probably cheaper than all these packages, tbh).

I don't understand how people watch shows on regular network TV. I couldn't even name a current series or sitcom. I think the last show I watched (outside of the local news and exceptions like Olympics and certain sports) was LOST and that was circa 2009 (?).
The shows are so lame.
