Others voted for these initiatives as well but Riemer was the driving force. No one should forget how singularly damaging he’s been to the county. I agree with Riemer on almost every issue but the constant developer giveaways and total lack of business sense are dealbreakers for me, so I’m voting for Blair. |
| Is there a place where you can look up where the candidates are getting contribution sources? |
You can't just have trees in parks. You need them in cities too to keep the temperature at a level where humans can survive. Sorry to interject this fact into your development reverie. |
Elrich cut down a ton of trees on county property to put up solar panels. Please explain that one to me. |
I really like those parks that are a slab of concrete, a couple of benches, maybe a swing, and a weird trellis thing. They have really activated street corners on the edges of the central business districts. |

I agree with the PP who said you can't have urbanism without job growth. It's honestly embarrassing how many more jobs NoVa has than us. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm voting for Blair.
-lifelong Dem, used to like Riemer, please god no more Elrich/TPers. |
My DH is like this- an independent who generally votes Dem in the general (except for hogan) but refuses to register as a Dem to vote in the primary. And he complains about Elrich all the time! It drives me crazy! Says it would make him look politically biased for his job (he has a security clearance). I really don’t understand it. |

You all are on the cusp of finally understanding but not quite there yet.
THEY choose who THEY want in not YOU. They lie, steal, threaten anyone opposing them and make you think the people decided. Not true. Never been true. Your vote never counted. They are good at keeping the club closed to outsiders. Kind of like that NFL player that said he didn't care if anyone showed up for the game. YOU don't sign his paycheck. |
Here’s a resident’s input. Elrich actually listens and responds to resident feedback. Not so sure the departments all know what they’re doing. It’s refreshing to have resident input considered. |
I thought this was a joke, but it’s not. Mr. James, you need a decent website! |
Not that poster but Darnestown Heritage Park. Basically a place for Harris Teeter employees to eat lunch. https://montgomeryparks.org/projects/directory/darnestown-heritage-park/ |
