Airport Starbucks -- are they just terrible?

I have waited 15 min in those Starbucks airport lines and then the person in front of me orders 5 extremely complicated drink orders... blah. At least they should have a fast line for drip coffee orders.

Everyone in the airport having self-serve access to a drip coffee canister? That would be disgusting. And this is a low trust country, so filthy non-customers would steal from it and trash it.

Today is Christmas. Thought I might get a coffee from starbucks in Houston IAH. BIG MISTAKE. Awful service. Charged me 10 for an incomplete drink. Lesson learned. Starbucks you suck

Imagine being a service worker in Texas on Christmas and giving a shit about anything.

You knew this was a risky move, PP.

It’s very good.

United's in-flight has Illy medium-roast drip coffee, which is great.

They also have Illy coffee (not only drip, but also Americano, latte, and cappuccino) in the United Clubs and their Polaris Lounges.
