I started reading this thread thinking it was this year's numbers and was so confused.

Do we think this is just usual DC government foot dragging or is there something bad in the numbers and they want to delay past the initial enrollment deadline before dropping it?

My guess is enrollment is way terrible and there are still a couple thousand or more of missing kids post pandemic
