Thanks!! Just ordered two bags and some sauces sent to DD for Valentine’s Day. She loves soup dumplings - Din Tai Fung on the west coast is her favorite, and the reviews for the ones you posted compare to those and say the frozen ones are phenomenal.


I just ordered some too. Very excited! Thought it was weird website had place to add a tip. Never seen that before for ordering frozen food.

Think I could use the roller attachment for the kitchen aid?

Like a PP said, you want to have the center of the skin to be more thick than the edges. The key is to turn the wrapper as you roll.
