Yep. You can’t win an election when all of Fox News hates you and the rest of the press treats you like they did in 2012 when you run against a Dem nominee. Romney is not going to get a fare shake from MSNBC and CNN when he is trying to oust Biden. He was only getting good press on these channels because he was anti-Trump.

And all the non college educated white men and the Hispanics and black men who are coming over to the Republican Party recently will stay home. Rockefeller Republicans are a non-starter these days.

DeSantis seems to have some appeal to classic Republicans but also does not alienate Trump’s base like Romney and Haley. He would have a much better chance of winning a primary than Romney.
