B level but buying in and listening to coaching vs kids who don’t want to be on their teams |
Huh? Decode please. |
Correct - to Virginia Union. |
The kids that left were looking over their shoulder for a better deal and most of LY were already talking about leaving. Dissent was real on the parents side. When those players left the team at Loudoun filled with players that had a strong desire to be there. That makes a difference. The girl was Bethesda and the Arlington kids may be B players in their old environment but being in a place that they want and where the coach wants them will help them grow |
This is about FCV 07 and you’re talking about Loudoun 07 so a little confusing |
So called “B” players can turn into “A” players in the right situation and development then same way “A” players can underperform in the wrong situation and get passed up. |
Bobby appears to be taking “A” players and turning them into “B” players. |
Yeah well someone brought up loudoun |
Looking at this forum, it is FCV doing the trash talking. There was a thread recently that FCV took some of Loudoun's players, and another that FCV is moving into ECNL and Loudoun's days are coming to an end. There is another thread not about these two clubs that meandered into explaining that FCV's days are coming to an end, because VA Revolution bought the fields that FCV uses. |
| FCV losses make baby Jesus cry. Pleeeeaaaaasssseee stop |
How is that possible? |
Maybe they weren’t “A” players to begin with. |
Or maybe the FCV system isn’t working for them. Or they’re not on the field at the same time or they’re injured or the coach is trying them in new positions. Shall we keep speculating? If they performed well on their old team, I will assume they’re good players and there is an adjustment period. Quit picking on 14 year old girls. |
I think the target of ridicule was squarely on the coach and not the kids. |
Yeaahhhh |
