| 2nd date. A band I love came to town. My date knew the band and happily accepted my invitation. I went kind of crazy at the concert - think teenager- for this old school band. Stood up, danced , sang songs. My date thanked me but I have heard from him (this happened fri night). Did my concert behavior turn him off? Guys: what's your opinion on women acting kind of crazy at concerts? |
| Depends. Teeny bopper esque behavior? Turn off. Fun dancing and singing...maybe turn on. Ignored me the whole concert because you were so into the band? Major turn off. |
| Maybe he has a big stick up his butt and cannot dance or have fun? Whew, not for you! |
| Depends on the band. And if your behavior was due to drunkenness. |
|
would love to know which band it was!
Maybe he just really didn't like the band, and you clearly loved it, and the writing was on the wall from there. |
| Op here. He was excited about the band and knew their songs |
| My behavior was due to the fact I love this band and they were awesome. |
| Depends on the band. Who was it? |
Right. We all get that OP. Pps points still stand. Did you act like a 13 year old around One Direction? Were you drunk singing/dancing? Did you pay attention to him past saying "omg isn't this band awesome?!" Did you get annoyed whenever he was sitting down? Were you saying things like "come on dance! Why aren't you super into it?!" And things along those lines? |
Air Supply concert. I did not pressure him to dance |
Since that's the only question you responded to, I assume all the other answers are yes. In which case there is a good chance he was turned off by your behavior. |
| Had 2 glasses of wine. Wasn't drunk just tipsy. |
| I say if he did get offended then you dodged a major bullet! |
Thanks! i acted like I would if my girlfriends were there |
Yes, then thats your true personality and you need to find a guy who's okay with. I dumped my BF of about a year because he wasnt acting excited enough at a strokes concert. It wasnt so much about the concert, more about the fact that I realized I wanted a guy who was fun and exuberant and non self concious and didnt want to be stuck with a "debbie downer" at every fun event for the rest of my life. |
