The US joins Israel in condemning an inquiry into whether war crimes were committed.

You know why it's easier to side with Israel sometimes? Because they aren't inciting Jewish people around the world to commit acts of terrorism against innocent people. I promise you the second that a dozen Jews hijack a plane and crash it into a building in the US, we will no longer support them.

Of course, Jewish people would never do such a thing. Jihad isn't their thing. Understand?

If the Israelis were in concentration camps like the Palestinians are and the U.S. was the supplying arms, cash and other types of support to their oppressors, Jews in the US and around the world would be blowing up bombs and shooting people. Israel does it now, the only difference would be the lack of state support.

Huh. I didn't realize Palestinians were being gassed in concentration camps. Who knew there was a holocaust going on right now.

I agree there should be a free Palestinian state. But until they learn how to live peacefully and not kill Jews, that can't happen. And Muslim and anti-Semitic terrorism really isn't helping their case...

Both sides have blood on their hands in Israel...but one side is clearly trying to sustain a civilized society. The other side...it's not so clear.

It is amazing how Israel and the us press has turn the French terrorist attack into something about Israel. These were other people killed there who were not Jewish.

To 9:43 - um, they didnt target the local A&P. They targeted a Jewish grocery. Duh.

So you are saying that the only way something qualifies as a concentration camp is if you gas the people inside the concentration camp? Israel does not want peace it wants land(and the natural gas rights). As for learning to live, the Israel need to learn to live without stealing land and killing people. The list of war crimes israel has committed are long and disgusting. But, as all the pro israel posters will point out, Israel would and could not exist without steal land and killing people who were on the land. It's their mo.

When they were the people who wanted land, they did acts of terror, just against the British and the residents of Palestine.

Now that they are in charge, they don't have to do it anymore.

The fact that you have so much anti-Israel energy makes you sound like a whackadoodle.

Real Americans couldn't care less about Israel or Palestine. (And stealing land and killing people is a great American pastime...just ask the Native Americans).

The reality is that most Americans are neither pro Israel or pro Palestine...we just don't care as long as they keep their shit in their area. And candidly, we think both sides have blood on their hands and are beyond silly letting religion play such a big (and batshit crazy) role in their politics and daily lives. That's soooo un-American.

So why do you have so much energy on this? What's your beef?

No, it's even worse sometimes - Jewish people with their disproportionate numbers in banking, having their hands on the levers of global finance, crashing whole economies.

NP here. Back to the OP's post. If Israel is so innocent and justified and on the right side of the law, why should they be afraid of an inquiry?

Anti-Israel energy?

The fact that you escalate so quickly in this discussion demonstrates that you are the one who is unhinged. It is reasonable to care about foreign affairs, even if they do not affect us. I am sure you can find examples in your own posts, right here on DCUM.

You should go back to reading Mein Kampf and The Protocols of the Elders of Zion. There is no place on DCUM for this type of discussion.

As for Jews committing terrorism, zionists in Palestine before the establishment of Israel were quite happy to commit terrorism. They even killed Jewish civilians when it suited them. But, that says nothing about Jews as a whole, just as the acts of a dozen Muslims says nothing about Muslims as a whole and the acts of a few bankers who may or may not be Jewish says nothing about Jews as a whole (or even bankers as a whole).

When you label all the people you disagree with "fanatics", you start to sound like a fanatic yourself. There is nothing unreasonable about the observation or the tone.
