I want to find interesting things for my home that aren't in everyone else's home. I tried that Luckett's place, but it seems to cater to the snooty with prices to match. I am looking for the kind of place where there are real finds. Thank you! |
There is the Goodwill on Boiling Brook Parkway. |
Any Goodwill or SA place. Real antiques are all over, but there are tons all in one place along Conn Ave. in Kensington.
Also try eBay or Etsy. |
don't know about "real finds" but Kensington has a small "antique row." You'd be able to peruse fairly quickly. |
Goodwill in Arlington, near route 50 |
Stifel and Capra or Antique Annex in Falls Church |
There's an interesting antiques place on Rt. 28 south of I-66 heading towards Manassas. It's kind of dingy looking from the outside, but you can find some nice things if you're willing to look carefully. |
Chartreuse & Co. in Frederick

There's a big antique store on Route 1, way south of Old Town, and past the newish Costco. |
