I didn't post on this thread, but was reading and found it strange to be locked. Hundreds, if not thousands, of topics veer into off-topic condemnation. Unless you are pushing an agenda, why only call for locking or deleting of this particular one? And why on earth would Jeff cede to your request here, when this sort of behavior is allowed to run rampant on just about every other issue? It is his sandbox, and more power to him and all, but it seems strangely selective.

I freely admit to having an agenda. My agenda is to make DCUM a place where people can get help and not get attacked for asking for help. You or any other user are free to start a discussion about abortion. You don't have to wait for a thread to hijack, just start one.
