And keeping me awake. I want to stab myself with a fork. Or smother him. It's like a tractor.

I'm awake right now because of my wife's snoring. It is making me crazy.

My plan is to insist on a sleep study. We will have a talk about it in the next two weeks. We just moved her over to my health insurance which is really good, so there's no excuse not to get this done.

Good idea. In the meantime, get a white noise machine and put it right next to your side of the bed.

It's posts like this that make me extremely grateful I am single and live and still sleep alone.

As someone who has sleep apnea, all I can say is please do not then complain about the tubes on the CPAP machine or the noise of the machine.

I promise I won't. I have heard great things from friends whose spouse now uses it. This is why I am pushing the sleep study.

FWIW, sleep studies are expensive....and as someone who had insomnia, it had to be done twice....

Ask him to try those breathe right strips, they might help

Are your spouses overweight? My mom's sleep apnea disappeared after losing significant weight.

That's why I don't push for a sleep study. Those things are just as annoying. -np
