They aren't models by any means but not aesthetically revolting either. I mean they're radio DJs, so what do you reasonably expect? John is definitely the best-looking of the three. as someone that personally knows Erick he is an AMAZING guy. He's the dude that will fight for his friends and family. He cares about the interns, actually wants to teach them and help them get careers in radio. I've met a lot of douche bags and assholes in the radio industry and E is one of the good guys.

Has anyone noticed that Riley is always sick? You just started a new job and you are constantly calling in sick...taking the role of Danni. Maybe that's why John doesnt interact with her! And Rose is just annoying! With her stupid voices she does, ugh!

You do know that's Roses is fake and played by "actors". You need to give consent to be played on the radio so if someone was caught cheating do you think they would give consent to have their stuff played on national radio.
