And the wedding was a real couple getting married. So cool!

In Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show, a Real Wedding With 70,000 Guests
The couple married on the field had invited the Puerto Rican singer to their wedding, but instead received an invitation to appear onstage with him, his management said.

Lots of crotch grabbing instead of learning to dance. There are lots of fun Latin dances, but these people only twerked. Very gross.

The HT show was full of symbolism. You need to have at least some level of awareness of Latino culture to understand it.

Over 90% of people that watched have no idea what the message was and we're just sitting there bored.

No…I can recognize that something is not very specifically directed at me and doesn’t reflect my cultural background and still enjoy it. I can still appreciate it and connect to it. How do you travel? Or go to a museum? Or watch movies?

And please tell us why the main show at the Super Bowl, the ultimate in American entertainment, should not reflect our cultural background?

Interesting. When my kids were 7 and 9 we watch A Year In Provence, no subtitles, we don’t speak French and they loved it. Sometimes we simply need to open our eyes and heart to understand what is going on. We may not understand the words that are being said, but we can hear the tone.

It's a shame that wasn't communicated to the vast majority of the audience

A TV show isn't music though. It's not at all uncommon to listen to music in a language you don't understand.

It's extremely uncommon for most people

No one cares that you’ve lived in a bubble for the last five years, but many of the rest of us haven’t.

Pornhub is more streamed than him so
perhaps they should do next Super Bowl?

What a strange thought to have

Didn’t they create a whole other halftime show for the haters? Why didn’t they watch that instead?

My DD thought she saw Card B! Amazing they were there in a low key role.

The “casita” is a feature of his concerts. When he was doing his shows in Puerto Rico he had it and the house was the vip section and typically had celebrities in it. The concert is supposed to resemble a house party

amazing.

And let's just bow to Lady Gaga. She is sooo amazing with her talent and her support for artists and her "i don't give F" attitude.

+1. Honestly I think it took a minute to fully recognize her as Lady Gaga bc she was there 100 percent in support of BB, and didn't seem to be styling her act as a traditional "cameo." She blended into the show seamlessly. She is incredible.

I thought it was her but my husband insisted it wasn't her...mostly because of what I assume is ozempic. She's a skeleton of herself.

Did you even watch the show? Bad bunny did salsa with Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin and I saw cumbia there too.

You don’t need to reflexively post right wing talking points about things you don’t understand or care to understand.
