It's like saying someone who posts "F**** [insert name here]" could be prosecuted for a sexual assault threat. It's absurd.

LOL. Afraid? No.

Just noting that this seems to be Comey's MO for sending out the bat signals to his followers.

His “followers”?! He has followers? Who?! I can’t stand him. He threw the election to Trump after his announcement about investigating HRC. What American likes him??

Yes, shame on him for circumventing FOIA by keeping official e-mails on an unsecure private server he controlled and letting thousands end up on the laptop of a sex offender and permanently deleting 30,000 records. Oh wait. . .

Are you really criticizing Hillary Clinton because her assistant happened to be married to a sex offender?

Hillary did official business using a private e-mail account and kept them on an unsecure private server under her control and she did it to knowingly circumvent FOIA. To demonstrate how unsecure that practice was, those e-mails also ended up on Anthony Weiner's laptop.

Interesting. You seem to know a whole lot about Hillary Clinton's email

Why hasn't she ever been successfully prosecuted?

Trump promised in the debates that if he were President, Hillary would be in jail/prison.

That was 10 years ago.

Then once he won, Trump said that actually Hillary and Bill are really nice people and it's all just politics and "they've been through enough" so he just let it all go.

When exactly is God Emperor King going after the woman he said he would go after on day One?

He sure sent Michael Cohen to prison. Cohen was and always will be some dumb mook who probably deserved to be hoist by his own petard ... but Trump has left Hillary completely alone.

So either Hillary Clinton still controls the justice system from above even Donald Trump, or it was always political campaign lies and nonsense to begin with.

No one talks about Hunter Biden's laptop, either. Because it never existed the way they said it did.

So, he deliberately posted a death threat against POTUS, knowing how serious that is especially from someone with his platform, and then lied about it. I hope he suffers serious consequences if only for being such an arrogant, dishonest, attention-whoring coward.

86 always meant throw out in my work experience.

Yep. It means the food is not fit for consumption. Throw it out.

86 also means you throw the bum out of the bar/restaurant, but you don't put him in cement shoes.

There’s an arrest warrant out now. So he’ll have to be booked, photographed and fingerprinted.

The process is punishment.

We’ve heard that before, oddly enough.

Enter former Rep. Matt Gaetz, whom Donald Trump nominated for Attorney General last year. Gaetz withdrew in 2025 before a confirmation hearing could be held, but something he said the year before undermines the DOJ's claim that Comey clearly meant 86 as a threat to assassinate.
Gaetz wrote on X ...

"We’ve now 86’d:

McCarthy [Former Speaker of the House]

McDaniel [Former RNC Chair]

McConnell [Former Senate Majority Leader]

Better days are ahead for the Republican Party."

All 3 either stepped down or were ousted from their positions ... so, as Webster's says, they were either thrown out or gotten rid of ... and it has nothing to do with death threats.

None of it was conceivably a crime meriting an FBI investigation. It only went there because of made up claims the emails were classified and after the fact classifications. Plus Comey made the decision to do a sanctimonious press conference to announce the results in clear violation of DOJ policy, and then publicly reopened the BS investigation just a few days before the election.

The Inspector General for the intelligence community referred the matter of the handling of Clinton's e-mails and classified information to the Justice Department. That is where this originated. The State Department (the owning agency) determined that classified information was sent or received in those e-mails.

Blanche is facing serious resistant for his desire to become a member of Washington's most exclusive country club. This country club is where the money and true power flow. It is the country club of former presidents, billionaires, ambassadors, wizards of politics, etc. The membership is bipartisan and they are trying to bar Blanche from joining. I hope they are successful. Send a message.

Blanche will.never be confirmed as AG but come 2029 the new AG will get Blanche confirmed as a prisoner in a federal prison along with Bondi, Patel and the entire nest of Trump's corrupt vipers.

She wasn't prosecuted because the FBI's recommendation to the Justice Department after investigation was not to prosecute. But that doesn't mean she didn't have a private mail server that was not approved by the State Department and that her e-mails did not contain classified information.

Trump continued trying to prosecute her is his first term but it didn’t go anywhere because there were people in the White House who weren’t suffering from Trump devotion syndrome.

For reference, North Carolina bar ethics on duties specifically pertaining to prosecutors.

"Don't prosecute when you don't have probable cause" is literally the first one.

part of a longer quote but you get the gist. The bedrock case was protected speech defended during the LBJ years.

The case against 86 47 is a ridiculous waste of time and money.

It's worse than that. It's clearly an abuse of prosecutirial powers and shows that the DoJ has been destroyed.
