Hillary did official business using a private e-mail account and kept them on an unsecure private server under her control and she did it to knowingly circumvent FOIA.  To demonstrate how unsecure that practice was, those e-mails also ended up on Anthony Weiner's laptop.  [/quote]

She wasn't prosecuted because the FBI's recommendation to the Justice Department after investigation was not to prosecute.   But that doesn't mean she didn't have a private mail server that was not approved by the State Department and that her e-mails did not contain classified information.[/quote]
Trump continued trying to prosecute her is his first term but it didn’t go anywhere because there were people in the White House who weren’t suffering from Trump devotion syndrome.
