That's the problem. There is no source. And the Dept. of ED and the Obama Admin. were caught changing the stats to make more of the alleged rape allegations at the 60+ colleges under ED investigation so obama would have at least one domestic success before the mid-term elections. There are no stats. to prove this but the O. admin. and ED keep trumpeting it.

I remember the 1 in 5 stat being around when I was in college, which was long before Obama was elected.
