Ok, I'll say Kayleigh's... nightclub outfit? is a close second to Lights ON! at the UN.

The thing that struck me about this photo is Kayleigh glaring at the camera and how defensive all of their body language is, except the lady in the back/right.

I thought maybe they were cold, but that can't be it because Left Lady and JK are wearing coats and the lady in the back is sleeveless and doesn't look cold at all.

The necklace makes it crossover work/funeral, for sure.

I don't think you can't or shouldn't wear a cross to work, in general, but the contrast with her dress/blouse makes it so prominent. She is clearly always trying to make a statement with it.
