Oh and that's a fairly typical day |

1/2 tomato and pepper, lettuce, onion, corn for lunch (in a veggie burrito) with beans and rice
Sweet potato and 1/3 of a thing of asparagus for dinner. A grapefruit. Not a very healthy day .

Raspberries and half an apple at breakfast.
Half an apple for snack. A couple of tomato slices and avocado with lunch. Zucchini, squash, and salad with dinner. |

An apple, 1 cup spinach, a bunch of baby carrots, homemade minestrone full of vegetables including butternut squash, onions, celery, carrots, zucchini and kale.
Pretty typical. I love fruits and veggies. |

| Banana w breakfast. Apple with lunch. Very basic salad w cup of iceberg, 1 Roma tomato and a whole cucumber w dinner. That's normal for me. |
