What fruits and vegetables did you eat today?

Just wondering what is normal. I know what the recommendations are, but wonder how most people do on them. Quantity and type, please!

Half a red onion
1/4 of a cucumber
A carrot
Orange
Banana
Half a cantaloupe (I'm addicted to melons)
Handful of strawberries

Oh and that's a fairly typical day

1/2 tomato and pepper, lettuce, onion, corn for lunch (in a veggie burrito) with beans and rice

Sweet potato and 1/3 of a thing of asparagus for dinner.

A grapefruit.

Not a very healthy day.

Raspberries and half an apple at breakfast.
Half an apple for snack.
A couple of tomato slices and avocado with lunch.
Zucchini, squash, and salad with dinner.

An apple, 1 cup spinach, a bunch of baby carrots, homemade minestrone full of vegetables including butternut squash, onions, celery, carrots, zucchini and kale.

Pretty typical. I love fruits and veggies.

One largish side salad with mixed lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lentils with oil and vinegar

I had lots of cucumbers, tomato, radish and lettuce with lunch, both in my wrap and as a side salad.

Dinner centered around a stirfry of onion, red and green bell peppers.

Banana w breakfast. Apple with lunch. Very basic salad w cup of iceberg, 1 Roma tomato and a whole cucumber w dinner. That's normal for me.

Part of an apple my kids didn't eat. Some pineapple. Whatever vegetables were in my vegetable soup at lunch.
