Non-disclosure agreements are iron clad. Even a famous actress will have an army of lawyers suing her. Plus, if you are known to violate NDAs no other studio/producer will want to work with you.

Hard for victims? There are famous multi-millionaire actresses. They won't name names because they're phony as hell. It's disgusting that the public gives these "brave feminists" a free ride as they keep quiet ensuring another generation of wannabe actresses is harassed and raped.

This is not surprising at all. It was glaringly obvious that someone else in the company helped take him down. The question is--what could Harvey have done to him to make his own brother go to such extremes to destroy him?

It is not about any one thing. Harvey has always been difficult and problematic, but once upon a time, he had the Midas touch. Recently, his decision-making has been problematic. It is Bob's time now. However, Harvey will never willingly cede control to anyone. He would rather destroy TWC than be number two.

Discussions about how to loosen Harvey's death grip have been happening for a long time. Ultimately, it was decided that exposing him was best. Now, he is locked in many battles with many enemies, instead of being able to focus his energy entirely on fighting for TWC. Between the divorce, custody battle, media attacks, business associates cutting ties, maybe even criminal charges, he simply might not have the resources or stomach for a protracted legal war with TWC. At this point, Harvey will accept a nice settlement, continue to earn a share of the profits, and be grateful for it. That is the hope anyway.
