How long do you think the NYT has been sitting on this stuff, letting Trump and his gang deny, deny, deny any involvement with Russia and dig themselves in deeper and deeper?

I sincerely believe this is the end of the United States and our Constitution. I don't see how we get out of this.

What would be beyond the ability of the Republicans to accept? Seriously, what? Are they trying to prove him right about shooting someone on Fifth Avenue?

would that be systemic shootings on fifth avenue, or a one off?

More than one. If it were only one, they would say, well, we all make mistakes, it's time to forgive and move on.

how about this campaign ad idea for his opponent?

original video where DJT says he can shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and his supporters still won't leave him

bullet fires, some midwest factory is ht, crumbles to ground.

bullet fires, ACA is hit, crumbles to ground.

bullet fires, paris accord is hit, crumbles to ground.

bullet fires, cyber security is hit, crumbles to ground.

sound of three more bullets fires in the dark, then...

big letters with deep voice - why won't you leave him already?

paid for by whoever-not-named-hillary-clinton for president.

I seriously think we all need to subscribe to the NYT right now. It's the least we could do to thank them. And we should send them food, flowers, gift cards, candy, booze.

I love how brilliantly the nyt released this info incrementally. I think there's more to come. I predict they have something that incriminates Trump directly and flat out catches him in a massive lie.

I LOVE IT!

Why isn't Kushner getting tied up in this? Shouldn't he sit out his advisor role during the investigation?

I don't know guys, as some of you have pointed out, destabilization of American democracy is fundamental to Putin's goals. NYT is as much a pawn in this as DTJ and us. This is not a good news story.

So does the New York Times. It is having a half off sale today only

It seems like it would have been better to have NYT release the emails. At least Jr could have said that NYT doctored the emails or something. Even if patently false, I would bet that a significant portion of their base would have fallen for that. Since he released the emails himself, he can't make any claims of Fake News, the fallback of their base. What rationale do they have now? ZERO.

NYT is a pawn??? they are a news organization. Are you saying deepthroat should not have been the whistleblower?

destabilization of American democracy

I bet you were one of those people who kept saying the Russia story was a fake story right upto yesterday.

Then let's throw those treasonous Trumps in Federal pound me in the ass prison and let them see what American justice looks like.

If the info would incriminate Clinton, wouldn't this simply be a move by Russia to keep a criminal out of the White House? Sounds like positive political behavior to me.

I am republican and I am ashamed of you .. ashamed of you. Just be man enough to admit our guy is wrong. I love some of Trump's policies but this is very disturbing to me as an American to know that he possibly had Russian help. I support the investigation and let the guilty go punished.

DP. Peter Smith told the NYT he interviewed 5 teams of hackers to work on oppo research. He hired a Russian team. Ask the Russian oppo team if Putin instructed them to bid on the project. How hard is this, people?!? Report those facts.

Obama Admin didn't stop this incursion. If Trump knew about it, take him go down now. If he didn't or was unwitting and the Democrats are undermining our power around the world with the timing of this release, the support of blatant lies by the 4th Estate and the markets, including all the international companies that trade in US markets, suffer without any proof and all retirees will suffer.

There will be hell to pay.
