I went to school with a “Lady _______,” like Lady Sarah. She never went by Sarah, only Lady Sarah, which seemed a little odd, but everyone went with it. As far as I know, she was not actually nobility.

We had an exchange student named Lady Marian. She was definitely not nobility, her parents named all their kids after celebrities or characters from movies.
