Israeli war crimes

To answer your question from a previous post:

Palestine has done more to show who people really are than any other world event in our lifetime.

You want to know how someone would behave in Nazi Germany? Well congratulations you no longer have to wonder.

The last 20 months have done more to define someone's political ideology than every other year of their life combined.

Speaking up against the mass slaughter of children and being anti-genocide, should be the absolute MINIMUM that is expected.

If your politics can't even reach the lowest of low bars, then your politics are worth nothing.

Most Americans can’t imagine the horrors of the Middle East. Our shitshow of a government has been funding it for decades.

Our biggest corporations are STILL funding it!

War is a racket. The exact same people who are benefiting from what's going on in Gaza are the exact same people who benefited from the war in Iraq.

Just another example of Israel's continued and deliberate targeting of Gaza's Healthcare infrastructure

Unicef spokesperson James Elder says Israeli strikes targeted al-Aqsa Hospital in Gaza with three separate drone attacks on Wednesday.

Speaking from the hospital, he said children recovering from burn injuries were targeted once more in the already overwhelmed medical facility.

"If it was Jews instead of Palestinians"

Clip of incredibly powerful speech looking at if the roles were reversed in this conflict

And Ukraine. Shame on former politicians still running over there to get their cut.

Agree. But each time any Jewish person is harmed, a flurry of outrage. Very disturbing. It indicates that they’re well aware of the violence, but believe that Israel should have a monopoly on it.

Here's what I don't understand (well, I do but just pretend I am simply a logical being who wandered onto this planet without knowing what the last 10 years have been like):

Govt and other entities are NOT allowed to protect minorities, women (except to protect them from trans people in the bathroom or on the volleyball team), people with disabilities, religious minorities, but absolutely required to protect Jews.

I hate to even word it like that because it makes me sound antisemitic myself (the Jewish people I personally know are very anti-bibi and appalled at the Gaza situation but also were horrifically traumatized by the Oct 7 attacks and one of them lost a close friend in the attacks; I also have a good friend whose family was forced out of Palestine in 1948 and has been struggling with depression over it all while trying to stay cheerful for her preschool daughter, it's all too much horror for a person to absorb).

Most American Jews didn't ask for this "help" fighting antisemitism from the Trump administration and don't want it.

Palestinian man holding his son's hand on the way home was bombed by Israeli occupation forces in the al-Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City. In his pocket, they found a tiny handful of rice and lentils. They were killed simply for trying to bring home a little food. Part of Israel’s terroristic plan of systematic starvation of an entire population.

According to Israel, they are justified in doing this along with the killing of civilians and land takeovers they are quietly committing in Syria and Lebanon because Arabs wouldnt hesitate to kill or invade them even though there are 20 Arab countries and the West Bank surrounding them that have not done so. T

Iran is more of a pro Palestinian entity along with Turkey then any of the Arab states of today, a total 180 from fifty years ago when Turkey and Iran were Israels only friends and Israel was embattled in war after war with the Arab states.

However, what does it say about Israel that it managed to bring Turks, Iranians, and Arabs (long time rival groups in the ME for centuries) all on one side hating them? They are literally without any allies and more weakened now than ever even in the US. I just dont understand the play here with Israel foreign politics. Even with the failure to control the Gaza Strip or the Houthis, they are still pushing for a US war in Iran.

Last year, Iran and Saudi Arabia "made up", brokered by China to the surprise of the Biden administration. CHINA wants to cut Israels role down to size so even on the Eastern Front, Russia and China are aligned against them

Israeli Strike on Christian-Run Hospital in Gaza Kills Four Journalists

The hospital is run by the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem, which strongly condemned the attack in a statement that was released before a fourth journalist was declared dead.

All signs point to this being part of Israel’s “continued systematic policy of targeting and killing journalists and committing successive massacres against them and their families"

At least 75 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip since dawn, according to medical sources speaking to Al Jazeera.

Hospitals across the besieged territory have reported a surge in casualties. Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis received 33 bodies, while six were brought to Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir el-Balah.

Another 36 bodies arrived at Al-Shifa and Al-Ahli Arab hospitals in Gaza City.

Israeli bombardment has intensified in recent hours, stretching emergency services and hospital staff already overwhelmed by months of conflict

Meir Baruchin, an Israeli history teacher, reveals the truths about Israel and how it landed him in jail

"Here in Israel, for generations, we killed the Palestinians. We injured the Palestinians. We have more than 1,500 Palestinians in administrative detention. We demolish their houses here in Jerusalem. We cut down their olive trees. We confiscate their property, their waters. And most Israelis expect them to accept it."

"...We hold millions of Palestinians under occupation for generations. They are deprived of their basic rights."

Israeli supporters told him they wished his children to die and threatened to rape his daughter as a consequence.

I see no "war crimes". Hamas started a war, and refuses to end it, no matter how many co-religionists perish in the aftermath. There are consequences. Nothing complicated.
