He is not gay. I saw him and Sutton in The Music Man on Broadway a year and a half ago. They were clearly head over heels, the chemistry was crazy.

| This whole thing has been bad for Hugh Jackman's career and his ex is definitely playing the role of the scorned wife in the press. There is zero reason he would dump her publicly for a bearding situation that comes with negative publicity. He very well may be bi, I have no clue, but clearly he/Sutton are a love/lust match. The NYC theatre world has known about them since way before the public splits, so this was 100% cheating and not arranged-after-the-fact. |

Yea I totally don’t buy the he’s not gay brigade just because this is some bad publicity. I have to think most of America is not following Hugh Jackman or Sutton foster and his ex-wife is not a big enough celebrity that this will stay in the news for long so I think he can survive a bad press cycle. I mean how many celebs have left their wives for costars. James Marsden, Ewan McGregor, these are just not big enough names that people care. Brad Pitt survived it and I don’t think you get more press that they did given all 3 involved were A listers in the prime of their career. The rumors of him having relationships with men have been persistent for YEARS. It’s possible he and Sutton have a spark and he’s bi but it certainly seems there is more to the story. For someone who wants to avoid bad publicity from an affair, they certainly made themselves in very available themselves very available to paparazzi. |
