Shokin was in fact corrupt.
Shokin, in fact, refused to investigte Burisma, which was at the time, doing corrupt things.

The international community wanted a prosecutor who would actually investigate and prosecute corruption. The GOP Senate supported then VP Biden's call for Shkin's dismissal.

The IMF, World Bank and other global institutions called for Shokin's dismissal.

These are all facts.
