I read Robyn Roberts was allegedly very upset about the affair and confronted them — I think she holds the cards on whether they return.

People who thinks this is fine are in Jennifer Aniston’s words, “missing a sensitivity chip”. This isn’t just about two “consenting adults” who started a relationship after they were each separated & that is being very generous giving the benefit of the doubt since that seems highly unlikely. These two families were close. It is a betrayal on many levels—their spouses, their kids, their co-workers. Imagine how difficult it must be for their children alone—the true innocent parties in this—seeing their parents galavanting in public & embarrassing their other parent in the press with someone they know well. It seems very cavalier & completely classless.

Well said. So mortifying for their exes and the children. They didn’t treat their current spouses with any respect, regardless of where the marriages were headed. I hope they are done on tv.

I hope so! I used to work with colleagues who had been on Robyn Roberts’ team and never met anyone who didn’t respect her as a person and a professional. At the time, it was what she says goes, and I can’t imagine that has changed.
