How brainwashed does one have to be to write drivel like this?

It really is an indictment of the American educational system.

Please don't blame the teachers. Blame the parents of these people. Education starts at home.

Again. Vitriol. FWIW, I have 3 degrees from Ivy League universities. Don't make assumptions. I live in DC.
You're paranoia has made my family's life a living hell.
You think your kids aren't traumatized. You really think breathing in your own bacteria all day is ok? For kids?
You think THEY aren't brainwashed?
The media lies. If you don't accept that, you may need to re-evaluate your education. Think. Connect the dots.
Before it's too late for your kids.
Starting point. Look at the PCR test. Find out what Karry Mulkis said. He invented it.

Your degrees do not mean that your illogical thoughts are brilliant takes. Your mask paranoia is as unscientific as it gets.

NP. The mask is theatre. The science just changed in a few weeks? Or did parents start pushing back across the country, using the law.
All of you with Thank You Dr. Fauci signs never asked why such a well-funded bureaucracy did not do a massive review of existing data or conduct a rigorous study of masks? The psychological effects of masks on children are undeniable. The AAP just rolled back developmental milestones for speech. Dust that science just change? The previous poster misspelled the name of PCR test. His name was Kary Mullis. Worth investigating. The PCR test never meant to test for infection/disease.

It's easier to fool a person than convince someone they've been fooled.

Some people in this thread say "the mandates have ended". They haven't completely ended in many places. And you think they won't come back in this cycle of abuse? Hint: this is the period where they allow you to feel free again for a period. It's not over.

Amen. Thanks for this reminder for the oblivious posters on this forum. My workplace (as well as many others I know of) have not dropped the mandates. All mandates need to go.

Unless you work for the federal government, you realize that there is no way for the government to make that happen, right?

The only backups being caused are from multiple accidents. Lol. Hopefully they can stay permanently and keep circling. Traffic will improve.

Yeah. I had no problems on the beltway about 3 pm. I’m sure they thought the accomplished some major feat, but it was no different than usual. Saw about three people waving flags and thousands other going about their business. More protesting in a daycare pickup line.

The protests were actually quite large. Just because they didn't cause you much inconvenience does not mean they did not happen. I could hear them from my house and I don't live that close to the beltway.

Meh, I could hear them, too. Didn't last long. Wasn't all that impressive or noisier than a typical day on the Beltway.

The *second best* part about standing on the overpass by the Mormon Temple today and waving as the convoy passed was seeing progs and other scum giving us the finger driving by! Made our day, knowing we were getting under their skin. One guy on a road bike pedaled by on the overpass and then circled back and started calling us nazis and fascists. We were hoping desperately he’d take a swing at one of us so we could administer a proper besting on him, but he cucked-out and fled.

The best part was being there and letting the hundreds of truckers (and the thousands of people in cars honking as they went by) that we support them and appreciate their making a statement on all our behalf’s.

Because even in deep-blue Forest Glen Park, you’ve still got the enemy in your midst. Running laps inside your OODA Loop.

I'm just trying to figure out what that statement is. ???

Right? I have yet to hear a single person articulate what the issue actually is (something real, not the pretend stuff they think is happening but really isn't' happening).

They're protesting the mandates, but are unaware that the mandates have been dropped. Maybe OANN didn't cover that.

Did anyone f with them on the road? Block them?

Where are the 4x4s when you need them?

I was on 270 and then outer loop yesterday from 3-3:30. I barely saw anything. A few random pickup trucks with flags and one school bus. None of them were together. A few people were standing at overpasses and holding flags/signs and drivers would slow down to look at them but that was the extent of the traffic disturbance. As we crossed the American legion bridge the school bus started to slow down to a crawl. I was behind it and thought the driver was lost or that the bus was breaking down. So I drove around it and as we did we saw “F Joe Biden” painted on the side. So I guess he might have been trying to stop traffic in his second to the right lane out of 6 lanes there. As I looked in my rear view mirror, everyone was just driving around him and ignoring him.

There was no convoy because for that, the trucks would need to be together in a line. 495 always wins, always.

Not worth it. They have no cause and so there is no counter cause. It's just theatre, you know?

Love it! Thank you for representing!!!

Yes! Love it! Thank you for representing the moron community!!!

Low-information idiots... driving around the beltway twice to show they are upset because… wait for it... the government tried to mitigate a deadly, global pandemic.

Morons.

A reporter from the Daily Beast has been following the convoy all weekend and reports they left Hagerstown at 9:30am this morning with the objective to be on the Beltway, and take up 2 lanes of traffic, by 10:30 am.

Wow, will make a huge impression while everyone is at work or in school. I don’t get it. Did no one do actual research on 495 or the daily schedule/norms of DC traffic?

I think they are protesting to make sure mandates never come back. Some places still have the mandates too, Oregon has indoor masking and NYC is till masking toddlers and preschool age kids who aren't eligible for the vaccines. Eric Adams also didn't remove all private employer mandates yet.. even while OSHA imposition of vax or test mandates was stalled by SCOTUS. NYC is now under the color coded danger system and it was made clear that should the cases rise mandates and vaxxports can come back. We aren't off the hook and this isn't over.

Ugh, my son drives back from UMD-CP to Nova around that time. I hope he doesn't get caught in it.

Government screwed up this whole thing, they focused on the wrong thing right from the start instead of focusing on treatments, they are just starting to do this now 2 years into it. They focused on mandates and population behavior control instead of the disease which has a very very skewed risk profile. They should have put more funds into investigating genetic markers in healthy young people who die of Covid to get a better idea who is at risk, vs. blanket one-size fits all approach. 2 weeks to stop the spread became 2 years of yo-yo ineffective measures that did nothing but divide people making them responsible for this entire thing.

They screwed it up big time and there will be a price to pay, they cannot blame it on "changing science" bullshit forever. They already knew that vaccines do not stop transmission back in August, this was BEFORE all the vax mandates and vax passports. Mandates had nothting to do with stopping the spread, the "science" was already out. And what about kid vaccines? These were rushed into EUA without proper data and now this data doesn't look so good for efficacy. Yet they rolled out coercion campaign that in some places practically forced parents to vaccinate their little kids against their will. People aren't dumb, they had remembered and followed up, and they are angry. The protests are a result of this. Deal.

Do they realize they look idiotic, when the entire world is mobilized to save as many Ukrainians as possible and waiting with bated breath on potential spillover into WWIII?

The truckers are so trivial, so whiny, so meaningless. No supporters whatsoever, except a token person waving a flag.

Pitiful fools.
