I haven’t paid much attention to Pippa in years, but I always thought she looked absolutely amazing at Waity’s wedding.

I think it may be a generational thing but most people my age don’t view Kate as aspirational. She’s a beautiful woman but her life seems really boring and unfulfilling. She’s kinda like living Melania Trump’s life with two more kids.

Except she’s not Melania Trump in any other way than she’s a woman, attractive, married to a powerful man. The fact that you cite Melania is evidence that you are biased - grotesquely - and have an axe to grind. Please, move up from your mom’s basement and get some fresh air.

How is her current life any different than Melania’s when she was First Lady? The only difference is that Kate works less and is less influential.

In what way was Melania influential?

First Lady could arguably be an influential position, as could future Queen. I'd argue neither are influential because they chose/choose not to be. They've shirked their influence for their own comfort.

Kate’s family seems to be happy enough with her, so why are your knickers in a twist?

Her audience is broader than her family. Arguably, her family's opinion of her means nothing at all. Zip, zilch. Her success is not gauged by them, it is gauged by the British public and those in the Commonwealth countries, that is her role and who gets to determine if they are "happy" with her. I help pay for her lifestyle, as a tax-payer. I wouldn't say my "knickers are in a twist" but you can color me totally unimpressed.

What is that based on? She barely has any interaction with her FIL and his wife.

I guess? I feel sympathy for her because her husband has seemingly always made her feel second best, pitting her constantly against his other conquests and making her compete for his attention throughout their relationship. He's left her repeatedly to see if he could do better, and has only returned when he learned he could not or his family has told him he needs to "shit or get off the pot." She basically spent 10 years being humiliated at the hands of him and his family, and I would expect that there's an expectation that she continue to take those emotional lashings. As a PP said, she WORKED for this, hard.

I hope answering to "Duchess of Cambridge" makes her heart SOAR, but I think you're short-sighted and limited to think everyone who critiques her or questions her life is a "Mean Girl."

Um, what are you talking about? Be specific. Will never left Kate. There are no other conquests to which he’s constantly comparing her against. You are literally making things up.

And someday soon, the Princess of Wales.
