Kimberly Gargoyle's been exiled to Greece (fitting for a woman more terrifying looking than any mythological monster out there). Bettina seems deeply ashamed to be Don's gf and never leaves the house. So I guess that leaves Lara and her porno lips!

The list has a link to the instagram photo collection for "this week in Miami" which includes a full shot of the dress. Also a photo of what I assume is her beach read, Untamed by Glennon Doyle. Not the kind of book I read but found an interesting blurb:
"This testament to female empowerment and self-love, with an endearing coming-out story at the center, will delight readers."

I don't think many people will argue they aren't pretty, but they look like that because of a LOT of surgery. Ivanka has had a chin implant, boob job (a few), nose job (a few), veneers, maybe semaglutide, lip filler. Melania has nose, eyebrows and lips done, boob job, cheeks, maybe a facelift.
