Why not just accept the relationship for what it is. Two people physically attracted to each other who are having a blast together but can still go their separate ways when their careers demand it. I doubt any of this recent behavior is a big shock to her. I’m sure she and her team did their research and know all about him. Only she knows what he’s like and how he treats her privately. It’s the media and fans who started all this engagement and marriage talk, not them.

And they don't need to make a donation together. Taylor Swift is an individual who is more than capable of making a financial decision and following through on her own. It's not like they have been together for years. There is no reason for their contributions to be joint at this point (or ever).

Taylor could have been one of the ones that dates Pete Davidson after breaking up with a long-term boyfriend. Whether Travis or Pete, she is in a new phase of her life. Agree with others that no matter what, situation will likely create ideas for new lyrics. Miley’s Used to be Young resonates for the very reason that the public has watched her different phases. Separate from Taylor, Chief’s PR team should hold some lessons.
