Meat and beans is about the extent of what I use mine for, but I use it *all* the time. Check out hippressurecooking.com and vegrecipesofindia.com for good recipe ideas.

Hippressurecooking.com is fabulous! I generally make chili, meat stews, chole masana and medium boiled eggs in mine.

Just got one and we made beef stew a few nights ago when it was rainy. Took 30 minutes total and was wonderful.

I forgot to mention my family's favorite pressure cooker dish: carnitas using a modified version of this excellent recipe from Roberto SantibaƱez:
http://www.amateurgourmet.com/2013/01/carnitas-tacos-with-green-salsa-and-pico-de-gallo.html

I cut the pork shoulder into 3 or 4 inch chunks leaving a fair amount of fat on, pressure cook it for 40 minutes, and pour off all but about a half cup of the liquid in the pot (I save the liquid to cook beans the next night). I break the pork into bit size pieces than put in a 450 oven (convection is great if you have it). I cook for about 15 minutes, stirring once or twice. During that time, the meat is oven frying in its own fat, and comes out super crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. I serve with a variety of vegetables and salsas for tacos. It's so, so good.

Its more a question of what can't you cook. In addition to meat and beans, you can cook potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, whole grains, soups, stews, many vegetables (including artichokes and winter squashes that normally take a long time to cook) and you can even make breakfast, desserts and jam:

I only make 3 things in mine, so I am excited to try some of these ideas.
For years, I have used it for beans of all types, beets and artichokes-all things I love, that otherwise take a long time to cook.

Mostly dal and beans. Chicken dishes come out flavorful if you don't over cook it
