Health and Medicine

It's a common practice in the rest of the United States, and not just for Jewish people. I'd say 80% of families have their sons circumcised for the health benefits and ascetics. Yet here, I guess it's just in the "holier than thou" mentality that people don't. It is a personal choice, but I see so many parents attack other parents for doing a routine and SAFE procedure.
I just don't understand the hippy ant-medicine trend. |
| Huh? I have two circumcised sons and don't know anyone who didn't circ. |
| Oh boy, here we go... |
|
Check out the West Coast circ rates- they don't do it either.
I don't know anyone who circs anymore... -Maryland mom |

Huh? West coast circumcision rates are about 50/50.
You're wrong, OP. |
| Ascetics. Lol. |
| What? Your post makes no sense. I live here. We circumcised both our boys. I really don't give a crap if other parents choose not to. OP, think about it - you are the one sounding "holier than thou". I wonder if you are just a troll. |
| Some parents do not want to mutilate their boys. |
|
Honestly, why do you care about other people's penises in D.C?
|
| Weird. I didn't bc it's not medically necessary. |
| I think nationally it's closer to 50/50 OP. |
This and when you consider the male population worldwide, the majority are NOT circumcised. |
She's down w/OPP. |

That's exactly what I thought when I saw this. How freakin weird! |
