So they are leaving because he is becoming the coach or because they lose all of their games? Yes got sport isn't great but because of where Valor enters them both black and white are ranked ahead of gold.

This isn't true at all. If anything, MORE girls are coming in with the Overton hire. It's going to be interesting in the next few days as girls with gold team offers might be moving to 2nd team to make room for the incoming talent.

This cannot be true. As a parent in the age group all three coaches were introduced to us at the tryout. KO is PreECNL, Lexi is gold and Jose is white. KO has also stated that he is not coaching his kid next year.

This is accurate.

Even if his daughter stays on the second team for this year (and who knows what will happen) the first two teams do every practice together combined. So its a whole parent coach vibe which is a big no for most.

Many parents are busy and drop off for tryouts and practices. Thats why Valor never posting anything publicly creates rumor
mills. If all three coaches are hired, put it online so everyone knows who the heck they are.

i also received this communication this morning. was surprised to hear such a high profile name was coming to valor, but it can't be worse than parent coaches.
