I hate fall

It's just around the corner and it's already feeling autumn-like to me. I hate the leaves falling off the trees, having strange weather swings, the days getting shorter, everything except the short period of time when the leaves are really pretty. Fall is just downright depressing.

And then comes winter ... That's almost as bad.

I miss summer already even though it's technically still here.

OP, I feel you. I prefer the warmer weather, and fall is when everything dies, leading us into the black hole of cold and grey that is winter.

OP, if you hate Fall, have you read the winter forecast for the mid-Atlantic region? Lower than normal temps and above average snowfall.

Me too, hate fall and absolutely hate winter. I have a fall birthday, and growing up I always found that to be depressing. Fall SUCKS! I want spring and summer

fall is the most amazing time of year, OP! oh my god, I just can't understand this. I can finally walk to work without needing a shower when I get here, I can drink hot coffee again, I can take walks and be outside ALL DAY LONG without stinking or getting sunburnt, I can bake my favorite things, I can gorge on pumpkin and pear and mulled wine, I can smell the fresh air!, I feel so damn alive and romantic in autumn.

I like Fall. I LOVE Spring.

This summer was very un-summer like here this year. It was OK - I usually think summer is oppressive.

I would be OK with winter if it didn't mean school closures and being stuck indoors.
