How much are you spending for gym membership?

| Is $40/month with 2year contract or $50/month with 1year membership reasonable? This is only for one location, it is small but I'm only interested in the fitness classes. When do they normally have the promotional deal for gym membership? |

| $29, joined before Golds Gym bought my gym. Classes are free. |

| Don't sign a 2 year contract! Even 1 year. Month to month, even if more expensive, may cost you less in the long run if you don't like your gym. |

| Geez, I guess I have a deal. $20 month for multiple (four or five) locations. I had that with Fitness First before it was bought out by Gold's, and Gold's gives me the same deal. I miss FF though; the employees and vibe were so much nicer! |

| $10 a month with no contract at a gym that primarily had a wide range of cardio equipment and a not quite so wide range of weights. |
