Sweets are my splurge/cheat. You rarely find a sweet that tastes good and is THAT much better for you than the real thing. DH and I split a bar of dark chocolate salted caramel from Lindt a week. Usually with some wine.

Fiber one bars with chocolate and pretzel bits

I freeze grapes for when I want something sweet. It crystallizes the sugar, and because they're hard you have to chew them so it really feels like you've had something sweet. Maybe the cold helps too?

I also adore those little cucumbers.

Pickles. I have been picking up the lacto-fermented ones sold by No. 1 Sons at my local farmer's market (love the half sours, super sours, and kosher dills). If you like sour things they are really satisfying.

Pickles
Sauerkraut
Mustard on turkey slices wrapped around pepper slices
Carbonated flavored water (no sugar or artificial sweeteners)

For sweets:
Trader Joe's has a peppermint patty thing that's 48 calories, 3 ingredients so not all artificial and minty so it leaves me more satisfied than just chocolate alone. Honey mint? I forget what it's called. It's in a yellow bag and each disc is wrapped in greenish foil.
