That's terrible for your diet |
| Roasted seaweed, carrot sticks with hummus, bing cherries, khakra, cucumber spears, a small square of peanut or almond chikki |
| Power crunch bars! Really kinda like a cookie, but with 13 grams of protein which keeps me full for a while. |
Why? |
A small piece of cheese is not "terrible" for one's diet. That's absurd. |
| In the evenings I drink flavored seltzer water during hot weather and herbal tea when it's cold outside. Both are calorie-free and help quash my nearly insatiable desire for wine. |
Of all the things listed, you choose the small piece of cheese to find terrible? |
Popcorn is great! But If I start eating cashews I will finish the d@@m thing! |
Not if you eat one

+1 to the babybel. I like the mozzarella best. Also Persian cucumbers cut into spears |
Exactly. And it's more filling than chips and crackers. I always have mine with a veg or a piece of fruit too. |
+1 You can also get "natural" jerky which is much lower in salt. |
| Cocaine |
| Costco's Skinny Pop, popcorn |
| Cheese sticks - Trader Joe's has cheddar, mozzarella (light and regular) and also Jack, which is my new favorite. 60 to 80 calories, a nice hit of protein, satisfies a salty craving. |
