Sarah has talked about how she was really considering spilling what happened but decided against it, so I am guessing Sarah is allowed to talk, but deciding not to (it probably wouldn't bode well for her for future jobs).

So I am guessing they can say but it's honestly probably not wise on their part...

Daaaamn Danielle...you are screwing yourself out of any severance or payout based on a non-disclosure agreement because you just can't keep your mouth SHUT. It will be interesting to see how iHeart responds to her coy little statements because there is surely a non-disclosure agreement in place.

She mentioned in one of her podcast that she couldn't go into it because of a nondisclosure agreement. She also mentions that when the show got dropped at 107.3 the nondisclosure was only a month, until she got her severance.

Yeah but she technically isn't saying much of anything... The non-disclosure agreement probably has to do with not talking about why you left/got fired, but she technically hasn't obviously so there might be a loophole there... Sounds like iHeart might be violating any agreements just as much as Danni might be with how they are keeping her away...

Maybe that's the issue, she hasn't signed a nondisclosure statement and won't agree to the terms. Maybe she is showing them that they better up their amounts to shut her up. I'm sure with the amount, she would keep quiet.

I don't think it should be uploaded. I missed that day just like everyone else who wants to hear it, but something about making it public (yes i know he was the one who made it public to begin with) isn't right. Its not something you want his girls finding in the future even if he isn't the best person. Just be respectful people.
