I normally cook and make vegetable-heavy meals from scratch (and yes, with nearly all ingredients from the "so unhealthy!" TJs). Tonight I am just so tired. I have no energy to do anything. I am incredibly tempted to order Domino's, but a short walk to TJs will likely be a bit healthier.
What do you suggest that will take MAX 10 minutes, top? 15 including cleanup? Doesn't have to be super healthy, but also prefer not to go completely all out junkyish. My brain is tired and I will be hungry. Help. |

1 package chicken sausage
1 onion (or precut onion/celery/carrot aka mirepoix) 1 bag kale 1 can white beans 1 garlic clove or garlic powder 1 lemon Salt + pepper to taste Chop chicken sausage into rings and cook in a large skillet with a good glug of olive oil. Don't stir too much, you want the sausage to sear/brown. Remove the sausage to a plate. On medium heat, cook the onion (or mirepoix) with a little salt and pepper. Chop the garlic and add it (or a generous sprinkle of garlic powder). Stir in the rinsed and drained white beans and half the bag of kale, and the cooked sausage. Top with the juice of half a lemon and season with salt and pepper and stir everything to start wilting the greens. Taste for final seasoning (salt, pepper, lemon) and then serve. If you need to bulk it up even more, add a pound of cooked (whole wheat) pasta. |

| make a big plate of salami, cheese, olives, crackers, hummus, and veggies. done. |
| Get a bag of chopped broccoli slaw, an onion, some peppers and one of their stir fry sauces. Make jasmine rice in the microwave. Get a pack of their pork buns from the freezer case. Mango bars for dessert! |
| I just nuked their polenta, sautéed a bag of asparagus and threw the vegetarian sausages in the pan. Delicious! |
| Get a TJs pizza and heat it up. |

The frozen balsamic-glazed roasted vegetables. Serve with scrambled eggs.
Or buy a salad and either the mushroom turnovers or the mushroom tart. |

OP here--thanks for the suggestions! Lots of great ideas for future indecisive hunger moments. I went home with the pre-packaged Southwest Salad and frozen pesto flatbread.
But I'm too lazy to make the flatbread, so will save that for another day. So I ate the salad, and a bunch of their new, "South-African" flavored potato chips, that I also picked up. They're like barbecue, but with a little twist in the spices. Very yummy. Back to cooking tomorrow... |

| In winter, I like to pick up some mild Italian sausage, frozen meatballs, TJ's roasted peppers, an onion, and marinara sauce - boom sausage and peppers w meatballs. We eat it after a local ski lesson day. |
Or you could just order something delivered. Opening a bunch of bags and heating them up is not really cooking. But I digress. Now all the rabid TJ fans can start frothing at the mouth and attacking wildly.... |
