You mean themself. If you are going to correct people, you really should make an effort to get it right yourself. |

| I will never understand how this woman is a model. |
People need to stop with this "hence why" nonsense. |
No. |
Okay, sound like an idiot then. |
Will do. |

Some of you commenting in here about Tiegen’s looks don’t have much standing to be criticizing her.
I’m surprised she was this mean and that sucks. I think less of her for it. She caught my attention on twitter for her witty comebacks of people criticizing her and for the fact that she told her fans not to pile in attacking people on her behalf. I thought that was kind. But it seems like she is not kind. Don’t care that much about this but I am obsessed with Bo Burnham right now and we are going to need to find a way to forgive YOUNG PEOPLE (not necessarily Teigen) for saying dumb stuff on the internet 10 years ago. People are growing up online now saying things that 10 years from now will be a problem, and we need to be understanding of what a wilder Wild West it was 10 years ago. Not with Teigen, necessarily, who was 25 or so should have known better. |

"Teigen’s reputation-damaging tweets all share a certain essential DNA. They are all tweets mocking girls and femmes whom the pop culture of the late ’00s and early ’10s had made it clear were fair game for mockery: people who read as girls (Stodden did not come out as nonbinary until 2021), and whom the culture at large considered to be too trashy, too slutty, too showy. Girly, but not in the right way." |
I’m the same age as Tiegan and was quite online at the time, I remember the treatment of Stodden and others at the time. I agree with the article that this was a big part of internet culture at the time. It doesn’t make it right but I think we will need to continue to deal with this and how we react to it. |
Pre-kids, she was scorching. |
| I’m just glad there was no social media when I was in my 20s. It’s a blessing. |
It’s not even pre kids. Her body is actually sexier now, I think. But her face looks puffy or like she’s put in fillers, especially around her cheeks. It’s not attractive. |

She posted an apology on instagram and I think it's quite well done. Maybe its just damage control and maybe its too little too late for some people, but i'm not sure what she could have said better
I was both mean girled and a mean girl in hs. I'm very glad social media didn't exist, feel shame about my behavior, and am glad i've grown since then. Doesn't excuse my behavior then, but we should all be allowed to grow |
