Current year enrollments at most High Schools are lower than the previous year- at the elementary level is where you usually more significantly fewer #'s.
Herndon HS is down 150 at the HS Level from last year- but that was somewhat expected as the middle school #s had them dropping down around 100 for this year and next. Pre pandemic settling in around 2250- they a have lost some other students and this year are below 2200 - but look for 2250 to be the mark for the next few years- based on pre covid #s in the buildings by grade.

Langley HS last year was 1998 and this year currently 1985. down 13
McLean HS last year was 2341 and this year is currently 2280 down 61

Agreed- should wait to see what things look like in FCPS - after the next year or 2.
