And why wouldn't you want the Justice Department to provide any assistance needed to find this killer of this hate crime? I'm sure when cars plowed into crowds in Paris and London, there wasn't some anonymous person at a keyboard saying just let the locals handle it.

How about let's start with the premise that all people are created equal, and respect that Constitution that says that there is no single religion in the United States. I'm just tired of identity politics. I'll look to those preaching a message of unity and civic discourse, as reflects my own mixed race and background family. +1. The Dept if Justice has intervened so the other federalism PP's argument just got burned. Doubtful with Sessions but hoping Rosenstein isn't intimidated and throws the full statute of hate crimes at the killer driver.
