| Also why hasn't the shit dumpster I mean Trump come out and call the asshat driving a car into a crowd a Domestic Terrorist? I bet he would have been quick to label em a terrorist if the driver had been Muslim. |
Try to understand terrorism sometime. Not usually a state thing. Or a commonwealth thing. But we'll have to see what THIS Justice Department decides to do. He'll probably get reckless for 50 in a 30 and nothing else. |
Last i checked this rally was about a statue not trump. Liberals want the bad statue down and will tantrum anyone who opposes. So why are they pro immigration saying that their cheap work is needed to support the economy? Why do they think white, black (yes some freed ones owned slaves), and native americans wanted slaves for free work? Pure greed. |
| You are part of the problem just start wearing a swaztika and own your hatred and racism. |
The Confederacy was never a part of the United States of America. Confederate statues should not be on public land and taxes should not be used to maintain them. |
| Why tiki torches? I mean, are the Polynesians part of the white nationalist movement now? |
Denial. Silence = Complicity. Own it and stop trying to rationalize it away. |
It's what they had at Walmart. |
+1,000,000 |
| Maybe we should focus on community not identity politics black or white or other? Look how the xtremeism on the edge has worked out for Israel Palestine. There is never an end. |
No. We should prosecute white nationalist terrorists to the fullest extent of the law. |
True, but this statement you are making is an excuse. How about let's start with the premise that all people are created equal, and respect that Constitution that says that there is no single religion in the United States. Embrace that fully and the whole alt-right/neo-nazi thing makes no sense for "patriots" to espouse. We are not a Christian nation and we embrace the inner soul of all people and provide economic conditions that will allow anyone who works hard to achieve success. |
| I'm just tired of identity politics. I'll look to those preaching a message of unity and civic discourse, as reflects my own mixed race and background family. Tired of guilt apologizing and picking sides. Too many divisions. We need to come together as we do when we realize we have common cause and need each other. |
+1. The Dept if Justice has intervened so the other federalism PP's argument just got burned. Doubtful with Sessions but hoping Rosenstein isn't intimidated and throws the full statute of hate crimes at the killer driver. |
| Stop saying "we need to bring people together." I will NOT be "brought together" with racists. |
