For goodness sake! The UK isn’t some backwater where they haven’t heard of orthodontics! Google it and you’ll see William had braces as a teenager, and so did I and all my friends who grew up in London in the 1980s and 1990s. If she needs braces she’ll get them.

The photo has been photoshopped - you can see it around where Kate's hands are and at her neck/upper chest area. The far left side was pasted together but not lined up correctly. You can see the misalignment on Louis' sweater, down to the white painted board and on the tile. Kate's hand on that side and the sweater around it are fuzzy and out of focus.

It supports the idea that a photo of Kate was inserted into a photo of her kids. Why the photoshop?

Perfectly said. I go as far and say this is an issue with Celebrities and tabloids as well. It's not as easy to control one's image as it was once before.
