M&D and Coppermine in the finals |
Big win for M&D over Hero's. It's been a while. |
Hard to win when the refs keep you down two men for the final 9 minutes and you go to 4 corners. |
Coppermine over M&D. |
Expected, but it was a good tournament for M&D. Coppermine still the team to beat at the 2028 level. |
I agree M&D looked good and love watching competitive games just hate seeing refs get too involved which they did today. It was ridiculous the amount of yellow cards they gave Hero. Having said that, I think M&D had a good chance of winning regardless just a boring game when one team holds the ball for the final 9 minutes when they are up two players. |
There needs to be a shot clock. Was like watching Villanova beat Georgetown in 1985 where they just held the ball. |
Well, fouling one team over and over would put you in the position of being down. But the game was good and competitive. |
All of this would be relevant discussion on a board named BaltoUrbanMoms. |
Stars and Pride will be playing these teams in less than 3 months. It's relevant from my perspective. |
Oh please. The Robinson Sports fix was in. Why M&D got the cushy division. Anyway, 7 on 7 is fine, but can’t wait for real lacrosse come Spring. |
Ok, yes, let’s go back to discussing which Pride/Stars player might make Capital. So much more interesting. |
Heros and M&D at least played relevant lacrosse this weekend. Stars was in a mid level division and Pride wasn’t even there. I’d rather hear Hero’s and M&D bicker than the usual banter. |
+1. Same guy always tries to change the subject back to DMV lacrosse if for a second it deviates to the MD clubs. |
Because … you’re on a Baltimore team |
